No. We offer a "per push" rate that begins with a 1" trigger and covers up to 3" of snow. Additional inches are charged separately.
Absolutely.
We strive to leave the property clean. However, we can not control additional snow fall. Changing weather patterns make it virtually impossible to leave the pavement complete clean. Since pictures are sent immediately after a job is completed, this ensures the lot was "as clean as it could be" at that moment in time. If a callback is required after a lot has been cleared, this will result in an $250 fee + the time spent removing any additional accumulation.
